Within the first 7 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact us within that window and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

After 7 days and up to 30 days from delivery, we offer a 50% partial refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify.

After 30 days, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.
